chinese oral today was a disaster. i stumbled a lot during the passage, couldn't read a lot of words, and i guess once i faltered, i got so nervous that i couldn't read the rest properly.
and the bloody newspaper report thing. i very cleverly assumed man4 hua4 was anime. the question was, "youths today like man hua a lot. comment." AND I SAID I DIDN'T LIKE MAN HUA, BECAUSE I DO NOT WATCH TELEVISION, AND MAN HUA IS OFTEN ON TELEVISION!!!
Genius right?? Comics on television.. the teacher seems a little embarassed for me. of course, i hadn't realised my mistake yet. she quickly changed the question to "what do you think of youths who spend all their time on man hua?"
i blurted out some nonsense, and she finally let me leave.
oh well. at least it's over. no more orals for EVER! that means i don't have to speak chinese ever again! muahahahaha....
